Meet the team
Bluebird Care North East Lincolnshire is Lead by John, Yvonne and Victoria Webber.
John has a degree in Business Management and has many years' experience as a Senior Director and in Management roles providing high quality services to demanding clients.
Victoria has a BA Honours degree in Business Management and a Background in Customer service. She has a Passion for high quality service and has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Management of Health and Social Care. Due to her passion and drive to deliver High Quality care and innovation, Victoria was recently named a finalist for the Young Franchisee of the year award at the 2017 national BFA Awards and continues to work towards building a exceptional company delivery exceptional service.
We decided to expand our services into Ne Lincolnshire and West Lindsey in 2013. I felt there was a strong need for a high quality care service that prided themselves on innovation, high quality and the willingness to go the extra mile in any way possible. We have just been named a finalist in the Care Employer of the Year category at the Great British Care Awards, and I am so very proud of the team for achieving this.
Yvonne worked in the child care industry for many years, including running after school activity classes. She is passionate about providing accessible good quality care to vulnerable groups.
Becki has over 10 years experience in the Care industry and has worked with various complex conditions such as Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Palliative Care.
Becki Joined Bluebird Care in May 2012 as a Care Worker providing high quality care to our customers in their homes, since then Becki has followed our Career pathway to becoming Care Coordinator, Supervisor and finally in January 2015 Becki became our Registered Care Manager. Becki has numerous qualifications in Health and Social Care including a Level 5 Diploma in Managment in Health and Social Care.
As the Registered Care Manager, Becki is responsible for care provision in the area, the compliance of staff and the wellbeing of our customers.
Due to her loyalty and drive, Becki has won Care Manager of the year for her region at the Bluebird Care awards 2017. She was also recently named a finalist for not one, but two awards! She is a finalist at the Great British Care Awards in the Community Care Manager category and The Lincolnshire Care Awards in the Home Care Manager of the year category.
Harriet has a wealth of experience in the Care Industry, which enables her to find the best Care professionals for Bluebird Care. With her enthusiasm and kind nature, Harriet supports all new staff from interview stage to end of probations, this ensures all staff are prepared for their Career journey and all customers are supported by the best care staff to meet their needs.
Julie has worked for Bluebird Care for 3 years and has fully enjoyed her time with the team. Julie progressed to a Mentor position and has now worked her way upto a Care Supervisor. Julie has a wealth of experiance in the Care Industry in both community and residential. She also has a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care. And gained invaluble training to pregress her experiance further.
