Congratulations to one of our care assistants, Tracey Dines who has been presented with the ‘Outstanding Performance’ award for her outstanding performance throughout January.

Congratulations to one of our care assistants, Tracey Dines who has been presented with the ‘Outstanding Performance’ award for her outstanding performance throughout January.

The ‘Outstanding Performance Award’ is a new award we are starting this year for any team members who have done something above and beyond for a customer or the business.

While completing her usual visits Tracey entered a customer’s home to sadly find an unexpected situation were a customer had suddenly passed away. Tracey supported the destressed family and remained calm and professional throughout.

Tracey has also had a few unexpected situations. Tracey dealt with these in a way that have demonstrated her commitment and passion to not only her customers but colleagues as well.
