Congratulations to Nikola Papincakova, one of our Newmarket team, who was awarded Carer of the Month for August! Nikola has received some fantastic feedback from our customers and has shown real enthusiasm for learning throughout her probationary period. Now she has become a fully fledged care assistant, we are excited to see her next achievements.
