Work Anniversaries for Shelly and Laura

Shelly Peart and Laura Waters have celebrated their 1 year anniversaries at Bluebird Care!
Congratulations to two of our members from the Fenland team (Laura Waters and Shelly Peart) who are both celebrating their 1st year with us.
Shelly Peart one of our Fenland team members has been with us for 12 months now. Shelly has had a really successful year, having become Care Assistant of the month already and we have had some phenomenal feedback regarding her customer service skills. We are looking forward to seeing what is next for Shelly! Congratulations.
Shelly said:
I would say to anyone looking to start a new career to consider a job in care because it gives you a good feeling knowing you are helping people. Sometimes my customer may only see me that day and it’s lovely to know I am making their day better. Bluebird Care is a great company to work for, the support is always there if I need it
Another assistant celebrating 1 year with us is Laura Waters. Laura is now using our career pathway and starting an NVQ in Health & Social care. Well done Laura!
