Probation Successes

Six members of our team have successfully passed their probationary periods this month.

Six members of our team have been celebrating passing their probations this month.

Lisa Misseldine, from our Fenland Team has become a fully qualified Care Assistant.

On completing her probationary period, Lisa said: “I am happy to have passed my probation. I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone!”

Also from our Fenland team, Amanda Crockford told us: “Time has flown by! Everyone has been lovely and welcoming and has made me feel like part of the team from the beginning”

Ely Team member Amanda D’Arcy said: “I feel like I have settled into the team more quickly than I expected. The whole team have been very supportive”

Samantha Smith, had this advice for anybody looking for a carer in care: “I would say to anyone who is thinking about going into care to give it a go! I have enjoyed working for Bluebird Care so far and I am looking forward to the future ”

Sam Sykora has worked within health and social care previously and is now really enjoying the benefits of working with us. Sam says ““I am happy to have passed my probation, Bluebird Care is a great company to work for and I am happy to be part of such a great team”

Finally, Hayley Husson-Young, Newmarket team, celebrated becoming a fully-fledged care assistant.

She told us: “I would say to anyone who is considering a job in care not to overthink it, you will be surprised at how much you’ll love working in care! I definitely want to continue progress in my career at Bluebird Care”.
