It seems a distant memory now, however as well as seeing in 2018 we were also celebrating our 4th birthday in December and some fantastic service awards with our team members. As well as celebrating with our established team, we have also welcomed some new faces to our support team.

Over our 4 years of supporting customers in our communities, we are pleased that our reputation has grown significantly, therefore, as well as progressing our existing team through their career pathway programme we also invest in and welcome experienced new team members.

I am really pleased to share our news on the Winter Warmth Campaign. As our weather this winter has been particularly cold and still doesn’t seem to be warming up any time soon, it was a pleasure to yet again be delivering our exclusive Bluebird Care fleece blankets and temperature cards to some of our customers who were nominated.
