Congratulations to care assistant Rebecca Prince, who is July’s care assistant of the month and on top of that is our very first team member to achieve her QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care!
Congratulations to care assistant Rebecca Prince, who is July’s care assistant of the month and on top of that is our very first team member to achieve her QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care!Speaking about her latest achievement, Becky commented:
I had never worked in the care industry before joining Bluebird Care Newmarket and Fenland. I thought I'd try the job role as I like people. It turns out I love my role and have been with part of the team for a little over two years!
I started my QCF level two just over a year ago, and I achieved my goal earlier this year. I believe that working as a support worker first, made the qualification more relevant to me and role I do, rather than having studied it at college first and then got into health and social care. I'm proud to have gained my qualification and I worked hard for it, it's really helped me in my role and I so pleased I got the opportunity to complete this.
