Congratulations to our care assistant Diane Brown who has passed her 12 week probation!
Congratulations to our care assistant Diane Brown who has passed her 12 week probation!Diane has now been promoted from probationary care assistant to care assistant and has also completed her first step on the Bluebird Care Career Journey.
Diane commented:
I am really happy to be going into my first year. I feel I have been looked after very well and I am really enjoying my role. I feel that working a different area has benefited me and has improved my confidence.
