We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in December.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on the 12th and 14th December 2016 and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:

"We are more than happy. They [care staff] are a great lot. We can have a joke and a laugh. And they are all polite."

"The nurses [care staff] are absolutely fantastic. They all deserve a medal."
"I really look forward to seing (sic) them [care staff]. My family [relatives] have seen a difference in me. I am more happier."
Director of Bluebird Care Newmarket & Fenland, Carolyn Dailey, commented;

We are so pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. I would like to thank everyone for their commitment, passion and team work to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
