I have been working in the health and care sector for almost 7 years and this helped me to gain experience along with giving me the great pleasure of how we can support our customers to live independently and feel precious. I joined Bluebird Care 4 years ago and with their career progression path, support and training I am now Care Supervisor.

I love how our customers appreciation for our work makes me feel proud and satisfied within my role.

I’m an experienced carer working for Bluebird care for just over a year now. I have a wealth of knowledge in the care field and a passion for empowering individuals to embrace and make changes to their lives, so when the opportunity came about to work for Bluebird Care I did not hesitate to join.

Our care work helps to support and empower our customers by giving them the freedom to choose the care plan that is right for them, working together with other professionals to support our customers living and being cared for at home. It is the upmost pleasure and privilege to be in this position, providing the highest quality care for our customers.
