Customer Care Manager
I have worked in health & social care for 8 years. For 4 years I worked as a carer in the community and then moved onto housing related support for the over 65’s to enable them to remain independent in their own homes.
My passion has always been caring for others and I wanted to work within a company that has the same passion to provide high quality care and a person centred approach, which I have found with Bluebird care.
I have been given a fantastic opportunity to come into a senior position within a company that is so highly rated and I have already been made to feel very welcome.
I have a lot to learn but I am excited to see what the future holds for me within Bluebird Care.
Team & Customer Liaison Manager
I have worked in health and social care as a support worker for ten years with customers of varying levels of ability and conditions. I have always aspired to provide a high standard of care and support.
Starting as a support worker for young adults with epilepsy and other disabilities, I gained hands on experience of the importance of a person centred approach to enable each individual to be as independent as possible, meeting all their medical, psychological and emotional needs. Whilst working as a support worker I have gained a level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
I joined Bluebird Care in 2014 and have been given the opportunity to develop my career gaining experience in a number of roles within the company over the past five years, I have experience of working in collaboration with a number of local authority and professional bodies to ensure a consistency across bodies in individuals support and care.
As the Team & Customer Liaison Manager I am very passionate about ensuring a person centred approach and will always ensure our customers receive a high quality service, using my past experience to enhance the service we provide, as well as supporting staff and encouraging them to be the best they can be.
Recruitment & Team Manager
I have worked in health and social care for 5 years. After completing my level 3 NVQ in health and social care, I started working as a Care Assistant in the community and in 2016 joined Bluebird Care as a Care Coordinator.
I believe our customers should get the most out of life while remaining in their own home and maintaining their independence. Bluebird Care provides a high-quality level of care to make this possible.
I have now been given a fantastic opportunity to progress my career as Trainee Recruitment and Team Manager. I feel very welcome by all the team and I am looking forward to developing my career further within Bluebird Care.
Training and Development Coordinator
I have worked within the Health & Social Care Sector for the past 15 years. My career started off as a Support Worker supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities in a residential setting. During the first 10 years of my career, I worked within a variety of roles including Team Leader, Care Manager & In-house Trainer whilst supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities & Complex Needs.
During my career, I have achieved my Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care, Level 3 Assessors Award and also Education & Training Award Level 3. Prior to joining Bluebird Care in April 2019 as a Support Worker, I worked for national training companies delivering Health & Social Care Level 2 & 3 qualifications to residential and domiciliary care staff.
I am passionate about staff development and progression through effective training and developmental support and I am thrilled to be able to join the team in such a worthwhile and rewarding role. I look forward to seeing our care team develop within their roles and continuing to provide the highest level of care and support to our customers.
Care & Team Coordinator
I have worked in Health and Social Care for 4 years after finishing a degree in Psychology. I started my career off as a support worker working with people with acquired brain injures before progressing to being a shift leader, where I learnt how important it is to encourage people to be as independently as possible.
Since I joined Bluebird Care, I have progressed from being a Trainee Care Coordinator to becoming Care & Team Coordinator. I have found that Bluebird Care Newmarket & Fenland is a company that provides a high quality service and has a person-centred approach to ensure all customers are treated as an individual. Working alongside the customers and the team is a rewarding and fulfilling role and I am looking forward to developing my career further within the company.
I worked in Health and Social Care for the past 5 years. Starting as a Support Worker for adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities, I progressed to a Senior Support Worker position within the same residential setting.
I have started as a Trainee Co-ordinator at Bluebird Care and have now progressed to a Care Co-ordinator position. I also have expanded my skill set in various areas.
Since I have joined the company I have met a passionate and committed team that ensures people’s lives and the care we provide are as person-centred as possible. It is nice to work for a company that looks after their employees as well as their customers.
I am looking forward to what the future holds for me at Bluebird Care.
