Our Newcastle team embraced the festive spirit wholeheartedly, working together to ensure customers across the area received thoughtfully chosen gifts. The team took great pride in adding personal touches to each present, reflecting the strong relationships they have built with customers and their families throughout the year.

Over the festive period, our teams came together to create a warm, personalised Christmas experience for the customers we support across all our locations. It was important to us that every customer felt thought of and appreciated during the season, and that no one felt forgotten at Christmas.
Together, we spent a dedicated day wrapping more than 72 presents, each carefully prepared with the individual in mind. Gifts included cosy blankets, festive biscuits or toiletry sets for those unable to enjoy treats, along with Christmas crackers and a personalised card from our team. These small touches were designed to bring comfort, joy, and a sense of celebration into our customers’ homes.
The response from customers and their families was overwhelmingly positive, with many sharing how much the gesture meant to them. It was a simple but meaningful way to show our appreciation and reinforce the care, kindness, and community spirit that sits at the heart of everything we do.
