Karolina Polgrabia-bieryt

Data Analyst

Karolina has worked for Bluebird Care since June 2023 as Data Analyst. Karolinas role is to support Director and Senior Leadership Team to have all the data they need to ensure overall governance of the business, as well as KPI’s that are needed. For the past 14 years, Karolina have been working in Education as an MIS and Data Manager. She has extensive experience in managing Data and Management Information Systems, strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to read and interpret data reports, providing and presenting highly detailed management information.

In Karolinas spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, travel, sing, read books and learn new languages.

Customer, Recruitment & Marketing Manager

As the Customer, Recruitment, and Marketing Manager, I am dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while also creating a supportive and thriving work environment for our care assistants.With a passion for connecting with people, I oversee the recruitment process to bring in skilled and compassionate individuals who share our values and commitment to providing outstanding care. Through strategic marketing initiatives, I strive to raise awareness of our services within the community and showcase the value we bring to our customers and their loved ones. With a focus on a seamless customer and recruitment journey, I am committed to upholding the brand reputation as a leading home care provider of our CQC-rated Outstanding services.

Erin Kilford

Digital Marketing Executive

With a passion for creating enthralling content and ensuring that Bluebird Care’s brand is being communicated effectively, Erin thrives in her role as Digital Marketing Executive. During her time, Erin effectively plans campaigns for upcoming months, schedules visually pleasing content to social media channels and curates’ blogs and news articles, with SEO being effectively revised upon all. As well as being skilled digitally, Erin has created headshots and daily photo content for Bluebird Care, being an advocate for the premium branding that is communicated throughout.

In Erins spare time she loves to exercise and socialise with her friends, family, and boyfriend. Being committed to her career, Erin also works on her personal branding as much as possible.

Danielle Rutter

Customer Service Support

Danielle is currently running Customer Service Support and has been working at Bluebird Care Newcastle and South Tyneside since April 2023, where she has been the support system of our customers and carers. Danielle is the first point of contact for customers and carers and uses her customer service skills to communicate Bluebird Care South Tyneside's values through to everyone. For the past 15 years, Danielle has worked previously in care as a carer so is deeply knowledgeable and experienced in this field of work, but now works behind the scenes helping people like her previous self. Danielles favourite part of the job is helping customers find care and hopefully providing them with the services they need, within Danielles role she makes peoples experience better with Bluebird care South Tyneside better day by day.

On weekends when Danielle is not working, she is always spending time with her kids and husband, going on day trips to the beach and to the soft play area. However, Danielle loves her free time when she can go to events like Ladies Day with her husband and friends.

Abbey Ford

Clinical Nurse Lead

Abbey has worked at Bluebird Care since September 2023, where she excels at her role as Clinical Nurse Lead. Abbey is the lead on all clinical interventions and complex clients. She is developing the training for the complex skills, teaching this to the care staff and developing the appropriate documentation for us to record the skills required. Abbey was previously an intensive care nurse for several years, in the UK and Australia, prior to becoming a nurse, she was a carer for 7 years.  Abbey believes that providing safe high-quality care is extremely rewarding and encouraging carers to develop their skills and knowledge.

In Abbeys spare time she spends a lot of time with her family and her two toddlers.
