We are reliable- We will arrive on time and stay the full-length period of the visit, offering extra help. 

We will not arrive late or leave before the call has ended. 

We have the experts you need- Our carers are fully qualified and taught by our managers to provide the highest quality, premium care for customers who may suffer with Dementia, Alzheimer’s etc. 

We will not provide carers with little to no experience or provide a carer who does not suit your needs. 

We have specific times for you-  We suit your times of care around your needs and will cater around your changes. 

We will not choose times based on our needs and ignore your needs as a customer. 
We have outstanding communication- Our staff are constantly by the phone to provide you with support when needed.  We will not be slow with communicating with you or ignore your needs or concerns. 
We provide premium services such as- Home care, Live in care, Respite care, companionship care and most of all person centred care. To discuss further needs regarding what care is needed for you or your family, contact us. We do not provide care that does not apply to any situation. Some customers may need constant help, as they struggle with mobility, so will need Live-In care. It is vital to offer all forms of care possible. 

We have consistent carers for you-  Our staff will be placed in your care based on your needs; the same staff member may not be guaranteed every time but will be communicated. 

You will not be cancelled at the last minute or be provided with different carers who do not understand your needs. 

We are easily accessed-  Our managers are here to provide you with support and reassurance. 

You will not be ignored by management when a problem occurs. 
We have kind and compassionate carers- Our carers provide person centred support, meaning all the family will have peace of mind.  We will not provide carers who will not provide you with 10/10 service or not go the extra mile. 

We have specialist care services-  We provide specialist care such as Dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, Parkinsons care and more. With carers that are fully trained in this field of work, you will be safe and supported when provided with care. 

We will not ignore how important it is to provide specialist care services, as everyone who needs care should feel fully supported. 

We provide end of life care-  We provide end of life care that allows your loved ones to feel special right up until their last days. 

We do not ignore that your loved ones should still feel safe and supported, even in their last days. 
We allow feedback- We have a review system via Home Care which allows us to receive positive and constructive feedback, which we can learn from as a team. 

We do not ignore feedback given or reply negatively to constructive feedback. We take all reviews as a form of growth for the company. 


The recruitment stage for Bluebird Care Newcastle was so easy. I filled in an online form via Facebook and was contacted the following day to arrange an interview. The interview was the same week and I was lucky enough to be offered a position. The induction training has been brilliant. The trainer has been friendly and helpful, the training has been useful and I have learnt so much from it. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful answering any questions I've had and I can't wait to start working for Bluebird Care Newcastle.
