“I started out by caring for my grandma every day, I enjoyed it so much that it led me to consider it as a career path. I honestly love my job, I love being out with our customers, I love looking after people with complex health needs. It’s so rewarding. I started caring for Bluebird in 2016, it’s hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. Everyone is so understanding, and they’ve always been there for me. Our care manager is amazing, she just knows when something’s wrong and takes the time to ask me what I need. I’ve been through a lot, when I first joined I was going through a really hard time. I was more or less on my own and Bluebird supported me. I love what I do and I love the company I work for. What else is there to say?”
