Thank You Thursdays: Debbie

Thursday 2nd September 2021 We are passionate about providing high quality care which means that we have to have high quality carers, and this month we want to show our appreciation.

To celebrate the excellent care that our carers provide, we wanted to show our appreciation. During the month of August, each week we announced the winner on our Facebook page. So many of our carers go above and beyond, holding Thank You Thursdays really highlighted that. 

The winner of our last Thank You Thursday for the month of August has been awarded to Debbie! Debbie has been with Bluebird for 5 years now. On top of bringing her upbeat, playful energy she has worked incredibly hard and supported her team by picking up lots of extra calls throughout August.

Thank you Debbie for all that you do.

Making sure that our carers feel valued for the incredible and emotionally demanding service they provide is so important. They really do go above and beyond, the need for care never stops, so our carers have to be available on weekends, holidays and birthdays.
