"I have been with Bluebird for 8 months now and I can happily say I have found my calling in life. I joined Bluebird after being made redundant during the pandemic which made me realise that there is more to life than what I was previously doing. I made the risky decision to try something completely new and outside of my comfort zone. The risk paid off because I love my job. Although it can be demanding and it's hard work, coming home at the end of every day know that I have made a difference in someone's life makes it all worth while."
