Bluebird Care Mid Essex shows their support

The RideLondon-Essex 100 was back and better than ever. It is one of the most popular sportives in the world. After a two year break, thousands of riders of all abilities joined the challenge of cycling 100 miles through the traffic-free streets of London and into the beautiful Essex countryside, including Maldon! #londonride100

Rethink Mental Illness is one of the many charities that got involved, but these guys are on a mission to bring meaningful change, through their services, groups and groundbreaking campaigns. They know, from their vast experience, that people severely affected by mental illness can have a good quality of life. Through this charity event they plan to help and empower those severely affected by mental illness. Through their network of support groups, services and helplines.

Tracy Poulson is our Mid Essex Office Manager for our Maldon office and also, is our Mental Health First Aider - here is what she said;

I am a mental health first aider and I am designated to deal with anyone at work suffering from mental health issues, providing a key point of contact, as well as advice and guidance in seeking the professional help that the individual may need. I wanted to gain more knowledge and decided to complete this training, I feel that I can now fully support my team. I have the trust in myself to be approachable and they can talk to me about anything. Tear mopper that came from sad but ended in happy tears
