Congratulations, Rachel!

We are so proud to share some wonderful news.

Rachel, our our complex care area manager & Trainer, here at Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall, has completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.

The Level 5 Diploma is a demanding qualification. It covers everything from leading a team and managing quality, to safeguarding, person-centred practice and the day-to-day decisions that keep people safe and well at home. Rachel worked towards it alongside her full-time role, fitting study around the people she supports and the team she leads.

That takes real commitment, and it is the kind of commitment we see from Rachel every day.

Qualifications like this are not just a certificate on the wall. They shape the way our team works. Better leadership means better support for our Care Experts, and that means better care for the people who welcome us into their homes. Families tell us that peace of mind matters just as much as the practical help. Having experienced, well-trained leaders behind the scenes is a big part of that.
