CQC results are in!

As many of our staff may have already heard - we are extremely pleased to be informed that we have been rated as "Outstanding" by CQC following our inspection in June!

During an inspection, the CQC analyse 5 specific areas, known as the Key Lines of Enquiry (or KLOE). These areas are "Safe", "Effective", "Caring", "Responsive" and "Well-led".
We have been awarded "Outstanding" in the Caring and Well-led categories, and "Good" in the other three areas which gives us an overall rating of "Outstanding".
We are the first domiciliary care provider in Cornwall to recieve this rating, which is an absolutely fantastic achievement and we thank each and every one of our excellent carers for their on-going support, dedication and, of course, wonderful care.
