Mrs D of Lanner would like to thank the team who care for her husband so well in his final days, she has expressed the upmost gratitude and respect for you all. The Truro team and their Supervisor, Kathryn Harper, have received a wonderful compliment from a customer’s sister this week – well done all! We also received some lovely feedback about the Truro team from a neighbour of one of our customers, who has noted that our carers always look incredibly smart, well-presented and all seem to be good ambassadors for Bluebird Care – keep up the great work team!

Congratulations to the team who support one of our complex customers in Marazion – the GP has been incredibly impressed with his progress and was keen to know which company you all work for! Thank you for representing Bluebird Care in such a positive light.

Well done to the team supporting our complex customer in St Erth, particularly Charlotte Pitt and Jade Williams, who received a lovely ‘thank you’ card from the family this month. The customer’s sister was so pleased with the support that was delivered at a family wedding and said that ‘it was like you had been part of our family for years’ – excellent work ladies!
