We’ve had lots of recognition for our wonderful staff this month…  

We have been receiving some wonderful feedback over the past month, from wives of our customers to fellow professionals working with –

Our Rota Coordinator Jana Zitvova would like to compliment one of our care staff, Amanda Bassett, who Jana had the pleasure of working with this month. Jana said “Amanda was very person-centred and lovely to work with. I found that she has a lovely rapport with customers and they smiled throughout each visit. It was a joy to work with her!”

Mrs O’K (Truro) would like to thank the team of carers who have supported her husband through his stroke rehabilitation, and the OT for the same customer has also commented on how impressed they are with the care and rehabilitation support the team has provided over the past year – well done everyone!

Mrs D (Camborne) asked for her thanks to be passed on to everyone who supported her husband so well while she was away, and was very grateful for the additional support with his medication administration. Keep up to good work team!

Paul Rex (Social Worker), Juliet (Community Matron) and Sarah Coe (Advocate) would like to commend the team who support one of our complex packages based in Marazion. They all feel as though the customer’s health and quality of life has improved ten-fold due to the team’s consistent and dedicated support.

Our Supervisor Kathryn Harper would like to thank and applaud all team members who work in Truro and Falmouth – she feels that everyone keeps her really well informed about any concerns or issues relating to our customers and feels you all support each other really well too! Well done!

And once again we have received wonderful feedback from the multi-disciplinary team that support one of our complex package customers in St Erth – they are all so pleased with the support provided by our Bluebird Care team and are thrilled to see that the customer appears much more happy and engaged of late!
