Congratulations to Stephanie, our Supervisor and in-house Trainer, who has received some wonderful feedback following her induction training days this month – it’s pleasing to know that our training courses are not only effective, but also appreciated by our staff! Thanks Steph!

Congratulations to Ann Prowse, Tina Powell and Gill Laidlaw who have all been highly praised by the family of one of our Live-In customers, for the wonderful care and support they provide. It’s such a pleasure to hear such lovely comments from our customers and their families, well done ladies!

A big thank you to Jade Williams and Charlotte Pitt who supported one of our complex customers to attend her sister’s wedding in St Ives this month – enabling our customers to participate in important family events like this is just one example of how we at Bluebird have made a difference to people’s lives. We hear a great time was had by all at the wedding, well done ladies!

Mr & Mrs Redding would also like to thank the team who supported Mrs B (Carnon Downs) so well over the last few months. They were very happy with all of her care and are relieved to report that she is settling well into her new home.
