As of the 21st April 2017, our entire team of carers will recieve a 3% rise on their current hourly rate! As we are all aware, these are extremely challenging times within the health and social care sector, so we are delighted to be able to offer this increase.

Not only this, we are also going to be participating in the employee reward scheme, Perkbox, which is a cloud-based perks and engagement platform offering hundreds of discounts and offers to Bluebird Care employees! Watch this space for more information....
