Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall have recently developed our old office space into a new, improved and interactive Training Suite!

Our Training Suite is located on the top floor of Vivian House on Newham Road, above HSBC. On entry, the room has a large table positioned in the centre of the room which is used during general learning, educational presentations, taking notes and end of training exams.

But the newest and most exciting addition to our Training Suite is our incorporation of a 'living room' and 'bedroom' area, equipped with sofa, television, coffee table and bed - these sections of the Training Suite are used during Role Play training and Moving and Positioning training, particularly for our new employees during their induction. This provides a more realistic environment including  risk factors and manouvering issues, similar to what would be experienced in the customer home.

We are very pleased with our new Training Suite and are eager to share it with both our current and new staff members, and have recieved very good feedback regarding the layout and use so far!
