Graham Carruthers Director
Graham, our Director, trained as an architect and led a busy practice before applying his management skills to run a national outdoor education charity. Passionate about supporting vulnerable people, he now leverages his business expertise to ensure Bluebird Care delivers high-quality, well-resourced care. Graham is also focused on building strategic partnerships across private and public sectors to create innovative, cost-effective Health and Social Care services tailored to individual needs.

Carol Carruthers Director
Carol brings over 30 years of NHS experience as a Health Visitor, working with older people, families and children. She’s passionate about person-centred care and improving quality of life for those who need it most. Alongside her love for mentoring future care professionals, she has strong management expertise in multi-agency Health and Social Care teams. At Bluebird Care Mid and West Cornwall, Carol combines her skills to lead and support a dedicated workforce, ensuring consistently high standards of care and helping to deliver joined-up services that truly meet the needs of our community.
