A New Chapter for Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall

In November 2025, Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall began a new chapter as Chris and Alex took over the business as directors, continuing the work of Graham and Carol, who had led the service with dedication for many years.

Although the transition took place a few months ago, we wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the important role Graham and Carol played in building the business and to share a little about the exciting direction ahead.

Graham and Carol helped shape Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall into the trusted service it is today. Through their leadership, they built a compassionate team and supported many customers and families across the community.

Their commitment to providing high-quality care at home has made a meaningful difference to people’s lives, and the values they helped establish continue to guide the service today.

Welcoming Chris and Alex

Since taking over the business, Chris and Alex have been working closely with the team to ensure continuity for customers while beginning to introduce improvements that will support the long-term growth of the service.

Over the past few months, a number of positive changes have already been taking place behind the scenes, including strengthening internal systems, supporting the team and looking at ways to continue improving the experience for both customers and staff.

Their focus remains on building on the strong foundations already in place and ensuring Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall continues to provide the high standards of care the community has come to expect.
