Care Assistant Donna B receives Extra Mile Award

Care Assistant, Donna B, has been presented with the Extra Mile Award in February 2018 for going out of her way, in her own time, to assist a distressed customer whose television wasn't working.  As we all know TV is very important to people living on their own as, not only is it entertaining, it provides a connection to the outside world.
