Dementia Friendly Creative Cafe Friday 8th December 2017
The Dementia Alliance and Medway Council are holding a Creative Cafe in Rochester Community Hub this Friday 8th December 2017 1pm to 3pm. This is a free event for peolpe and their families who are living with dementia. Pop along to their friendly event and learn how to make festive decorations and cards whilst enjoing a cuppa and other refreshments.
