Donna Bland

Care Ambassador

I have worked for Bluebird for the last 6 years  I enjoy my job very much, I take it very seriously. You meet lots of interesting people , young and old, serious and funny,  I try to make their lives a little easier and brighten up their day.  I enjoy caring for people that can't care for themselves .We take care of them in their own homes. We have people with special needs, and some are end of life.

No job is too much, we shop, we mop, and special needs are also taken care of. Their families can rely on and trust Bluebird Carers,  I am happy to be one of the team and we all work well together and can rely on each other to give the best care.

As well as a carer, I am a Care Ambassador for Bluebird Care (Medway) and I was Carer of the Year in 2019.

I enjoy passing on my knowledge to younger carers and would highly recommend working as a Carer for Bluebird Care (Medway).

Carla Whitbread

Falls Care Champion

I have worked for Bluebird Care since 2017.

I love my job, caring for those that need extra assistance or for those that just like a friendly chat.

It's the most rewarding job, just to see people's smiles and gratitude for the smallest of things we do.
