Naeem Ahmed - Director Owner
Started Bluebird Care (Manchester South) in 2010, Naeem's background is Accounting & Finance with 35 years experience in business and leading management teams. Naeem brings great leadership with his dedication towards providing premium Homecare. "We are only as good as the people we employ" says Naeem. With Naeem's caring background and presence in the Manchester community he continues to volunteer and provides charitable support to his community weekly. In his spare time Naeem enjoys playing Golf. Jacquie Henderson - Registered Care Manager
Jacquie joined Bluebird Care in 2017 and has vast experience in Health & Social Care gaining her Diploma and achieving the Registered Managers Award whilst at Bluebird Care. Jacquie thrives on maintaining a high premium standard of care for all our customers, giving our care team the support and development they need to achieve their professional goals. Jacquie grew up in Manchester and is a huge supporter for our local charities.
Debo Oyesanwo - Care Co-Ordinator
Debo joined Bluebird Care in 2025, Debo holds a Bsc & Msc in Finance & Data Analytics. With Debo's managing skills he is able to provide all the care team with the day to day support they need and help our customers receive the premium care they deserve. Debo is a devoted volunteer to his local community and loves to help and support people in need.
Saad Butt - Recruitment & Training Manager
Saad joined Bluebird Care in 2022 and has successfully achieved his Diploma in Health & Social Care along with Train the Trainer teaching qualifications. Saad is friendly and very supportive to all staff members ensuring all employees are fully trained and supported whilst at Bluebird Care. Saad enjoys cycling and spends his spare time raising awareness in First Aid for our community.
