Our Approach to Care

At Bluebird Care Manchester North & Salford, we believe good care is about far more than completing tasks. It’s about building trust, supporting independence and treating every customer with kindness, dignity and respect.

As a close-knit, family-led team, we take pride in providing care that feels personal and reassuring. We understand that inviting someone into your home is a big decision, which is why we focus on creating genuine relationships with customers and their families.

Our aim is simple — to provide reliable, compassionate care that helps people stay safe, comfortable and confident in the place they know best: their own home.

Here's the team:

Tahir- Director

Tahir has always had a passion for care, which he developed whilst caring for members of his own family.  He then turned this passion for care to practical use when he opened his own Domiciliary Care company. Tahir’s professional background is in Information Technology and this dovetails well with Bluebird Care’s wider commitment to using technology to support the services they provide to clients.

Tahir is dedicated to delivering high quality care to the community of Manchester North & Salford and believes in quality over quantity approach. He explains that “the most important thing when we deliver care for someone is that we make them feel as though they are being cared for by their own family.”

Salma - Director / Nominated Individual

Salma joined aboard the Bluebird Care Team with a deep understanding of the demands of care, having been the prime carer for her mother. Salma says “I have a great passion to help and care for others. I believe that the level of love and care given to our own parents should also be given to others.”

Salma graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a Business & Marketing Degree, which is now put to good use in running the business. An earlier career in banking career, where her role included helping vulnerable customers with day-to-day banking matters, also informs her work for Bluebird care.

Salma adds that “our aim is the deliver the best possible care for our customers and to make them feel comfortable in our care and in their own homes. They are not only our customers but also members of our extended family.
