We are so pleased to announce that Molly Jeacock has won Carer of the Year Award
Molly has been part of our team since August 2021 becoming one of the family from the get-go, she is so pleased that her colleagues have become her lifelong friends. She is a firm favourite of her customers, with her infectious laugh and cheerful demeanour, she sprinkles a little bit of happiness wherever she goes.
Molly is a natural caregiver with her unselfish attitude and her desire in helping her customers to live the life they wish to, encouraging her customers to continue to live as independently as possible and respecting their choices and wishes
.On companion visits, Molly will often take a shop-bought cake to the customer for an afternoon tea experience, and she is known by one customer as “Molly, My Molly”.
Molly goes beyond the call of duty and supports customers in attending local community groups as Community in the Cup and the Essex Welling Service whereby Molly went out of her way in searching for Worry Worms at the promenade to help people smile and to make the world lighter and brighter. Every care team needs a “Molly”!
