Through the recruitment of the right care assistants whom are both passionate and knowledgeable about care, Bluebird Care are able to provide a personable, professional and a complexed Live In Care service. 
A Live In Care service is where by a care assistant lives in the home with your loved one to ensure their needs can be attended too 24 hours a day, if required. A key benefit of this is that the care assistant is able to build up a rapport with your loved one and offer them a care service which is tailored not only to their care requirements but their personality too.

Our Live In Care Assistants are trained extensively in all sectors of care meaning that they are equipped to deal with a range of care needs, if required. Despite all our Live In Care Assistants undergoing the same training process, we do still spend a wealth of time matching the personality traits of our care assistant to the traits of the individual requiring care. This is to ensure the individual requiring care is as comfortable as possible . On the rare occasion your loved one does not develop a relationship with the selected Live In Care assistant, their is scope to change to a different Live In Care Assistant. 

We believe our personalised Live In Care Service allows an individual, regardless of their care requirements to sustain the highest possible quality of life. We lay the foundations by adapting our care services to ensure that they are personal to the individual and the home in which they live. We then build on this and ensure quality of life through the service we provide, this can range from watching the customers favourite TV show to ensuring their hair is washed with their favourite shampoo.
