At Bluebird Care Maidstone we have an incredible team who consistently go above and beyond for our customers. Each month we are proud to recognise and thank one member of our team by awarding them Care Assistant Of The Month. This month we are delighted to thank Care Assistant Jessica, who went above and beyond during the Christmas period. On hearing that two of her customers would be alone during the season, she took them a lovely Christmas lunch!

It is simple things like this that make such a big difference to our customers and genuinely make their day. In addition to this, we would like to recognise Jessica for the way she is so willing to step up and provide additional staff cover at last minute when it is needed.
