Encouraging Customer Survey Results

Our most recent survey results highlight in particular that customers are very complimentary of the care they receive and quality of tasks our Care Assistants carry out.

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be.

In particular, over 90% of respondents indicated that they are satisfied with the care they receive and 95% treated with respect and kindness.

In particular, we work hard to build a great rapport and relationship with our customers and seeing this in the results of the most recent survey is very encouraging.
