One of our Care Workers; Zulal, shares her thoughts about her career with Bluebird Care

I really enjoy my role as a Care Worker and particularly that of supporting the elderly. My role with Bluebird Care can be challenging at times, however I get great job satisfaction out of my role.
 
I ran a fish and chip shop for 35 years before working in care and one thing I really enjoyed was chatting with the customers as they popped in.
 
There were a large number of older people who regularly popped in for their fish and chips and I oftennused to take some food to one lady over the road who was always ready to tell me her stories!
 
I am very pleased I made the decision to build a career in care and my colleagues are great. They are very supportive and friendly, always cheerful and keep their promises. There’s not much more you could want from a great team!
