Eleanor was delighted with her surprise birthday visit!

Providing care is so much more than just the physical aspects and we always take time to look for opportunities to go the extra mile for our customers.
When Eleanor's birthday popped up in the diary, we just could not possibly miss out on the opportunity to celebrate with her so made sure to pop round on her special day.
When her birthday came round, we surprised Eleanor with a lovely large bouquet of flowers and card from the whole team!
The visit really did make a big difference to Eleanor's day and helped make it just that bit more special. Happy birthday Eleanor!
It was lovely to see how our visit put a big smile on Eleanor's face and I would to add my celebrations by personally saying happy birthday!
