Our visit made Ivy's day!
We love celebrating with our customers and we were honoured to have been able to help Ivy celebrate her birthday!
Care Supervisor, Kerry, popped round to give her a card from the office team along with a rather large box of chocolates.
Ivy was absolutely delighted and said the visit made her day. It is small things like this that really do make a big difference.
We are now looing forward to celebrating with Ivy in 2021!
