Our amazing team are working tirelessly to support our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic and we would like to thank Sam, whose thoughtful act put a big smile on her customer's face.
When Sam learned that one of her customers was having to isolate, she decided to head to the shop, purchase a card and some flowers so as to drop them in during her care visit.
Small gestures really do go such a long way!
For many of our customers, they are needing to remain at home for twelve weeks due to their age and therefore, even more regularly now than before, the only person they will see during the day will be their Care Assistant.
This makes the support our team provide even more important and we would like to thank Sam for her kind, thoughtful gesture!
