Live-in Care Manager Liz arranged for customer Frances to enjoy a trip out to Bluewater where she enjoyed a sweet treat and some shopping!
When Liz visited Frances, she explained that her mobility has gone downhill so much that she has not been able to get out and about since November.
I had a wonderful day and enjoyed the time with Liz & Tunde. Thank you for arranging to take me out!

Frances received some Bluewater vouchers and money at Christmas and explained to Liz that she was desperate to get out and about so she could buy a new coat and some new clothes.
Liz arranged for Frances' Live-in Care Assistant Tunde to pick them both up along with a wheelchair and headed to the shops!
The group enjoyed a trip where they were able to not only get everything on Frances' list, but where they enjoyed a spot of lunch and conversation in M&S!
Frances had a wonderful day and was extremely grateful for the thought that went into taking her out. She made sure to sign up to a couple of our upcoming events and Liz would arrange for her to get a lift.
Our customer outings are an excellent way to demonstrate our passion for going above and beyond for our customers. Frances very much enjoyed her trip and it was lovely to see the smile on her face!
