Our Community Grant Scheme has been extremely effective since its launch in 2016 and we have donated over £17,000 to some very worthy causes and will be continuing into 2020!

Our Community Grant Scheme has been extremely effective since its launch in 2016 and we have donated over £17,000 to some very worthy causes and will be continuing into 2020!
In 2019 our grant has supported Age UK's West Kent Befriending Service who used the grant for a special Christmas Cruise, Leybourne Parish Council who used the grant to fund a summer coffee morning and Loose Parish Council, who used the grant to support their regular coffee mornings!
We are very grateful to Bluebird Care for this grant, which will be used to finance replacement carers so our guests can really enjoy themselves and let their hair down.

As we strive to continue supporting our local community in every way that we can, our Community Grant Scheme remains an extremely important initative for us. It is something that we are proud of and we feel it extremely important to continue the scheme into 2020.
Our 2020 Community Grant Scheme consists of three grants of £250 with the first to be presented in April 2020. Applications are now open with a deadline of 17th February.
We are incredibly grateful to Bluebird Care Maidstone for this generous grant, which will be used to provide a friendly and relaxed place for older people to socialise.

The criteria for applications remains the same, however we will now be compiling a short video at each presentation to be used on social media and raise awareness of the valuable work of our local community organisations.
- Be based (and support people) in Gravesham or Dartford
- Primarily support those aged 60+
- Not use the grant as part of a round of funding
