We are extremely proud to have celebrated with Operations Manager Clare, who has recently marked her ninth work anniversary!
Clare first joined us as a Care Supervisor and was based in our Maidstone office before progressing onto the position of Training Manager and then Registered Manager for our Maidstone office before progressing onto the role of Operations Manager, overseeing our offices in Gravesham & Dartford, Maidstone and Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells.
Clare does a fantastic job in providing valuable support to our team and working with the office to oversee the delivery of care that our customers receive.
She is an extremely passionate person, who is dedicated to enabling our customers to remain independent at home!
I would like to thank Clare for the support that she provides on a day to day basis, we are a very close knit team here at Bluebird Care and all enjoy working with one another!
