We are pleased to introduce you to Marion, who shares with us a little bit about her role with the Bluebird Care team and her top tips for being a Home Care Assistant!

Marion loves her role as a Care Assistant and explains that she finds care an extremely rewarding job. She also shares a few top tips with us. These are:

1. Respect the customer at all times
2. Encourage them when you can
3. Swap tips with your colleagues
4. Respect the confidentiality of your customers at all times

In particular, Marion enjoys her day because it is varied and every day is really quite different.
