Care Assistants Kay & Jess knew it was their customer's birthday, so they made sure to bring a cake with them when they visited!
This was particularly special for our customer because she did not have any family or friends to celebrate with on the day.
Kay & Jess visit their customer regularly and are extremely passionate about what they do. It is this passion and dedication that means they are always putting their customer first; delivering an excellent and caring service.
I would like to thank Jess & Kay for being so thoughtful and making sure that their customer was able to enjoy her birthday celebration with a lovely cake! Happy Birthday from all of us in the office!
