Our Care Assistant summer funday and BBQ was very much enjoyed by our Care Assistants and their families!
We fired up the BBQ, laid out the fun run, got out the stocks and were joined by more than 20 staff and their families as we enjoyed a sun-soaked afternoon.
Events such as this are extremely important for our team and something that helps make us different as we continue striving to go the extra mile!
Feedback from those who attended was extremely positive and one favourite was certainly Care Manager Mel being put in the stocks!
Saying thank you to our staff is incredibly important. Our team works incredibly hard to provide vital care and support to our customers, and we enjoyed the opportunity to recognise and reward their efforts. We had great weather and it was excellent to spend some time with those who have recently joined our team.
