Launching our #NoJobCompares Campaign

A job in care is like no other and today marks the launch of our summer campaign where we will be hearing from our team about why their job in care compares to no other!

There are things that our team do every day which make a big difference to the lives of our customers, however they also provide a tremendous amount of job satisfaction in a way that no other job can.

A large part of this is that our team can know that they have made someone smile and helped them to remain independent. It is often the simple things that make the biggest difference!

In the first instalment, we are pleased to introduce Kay who works in Maidstone as a Care Assistant. Kay explains how she particularly enjoys listening to her customers and hearing their stories each time that she visits!
