Celebrating 90 With Derek!

We recently visited Staplehurst customer Derek to congratulate him on his 90th birthday and pass on our best wishes!

We continually look for opportunities to go the extra mile for our customers and celebrating landmark birthdays is just one thing that we do which demonstrates this. 

Derek lives with his wife and we visit three times each week to provide him support. We also provide support each day to his wife and this enables them to remain together for as long as possible.

It was a privilege to visit Derek with a card signed by each member of the office team along with a rather nice box of Milk Tray chocolates.
