Dulce Announced As Live-in Care Assistant Of The month!

We are proud to announce that Dulce has been announces as our Live-in Care Assistant of the month for April!

We are proud to announce that Dulce has been announces as our Live-in Care Assistant of the month for April! As she was on holiday from the end of the month, we recently popped out to present her with the award.

Dulce has received the award for the brilliant relationship that she has built up with her customer along with the way that her approach is incredibly patient. This makes a big difference to the lives of our customers and is a real credit to Bluebird Care.

Through Dulce's approach, her customers generally tend to ask for her to be their regular Care Assistant and this further reflects the excellent care that she provides.

As a way of saying thank-you, we presented Dulce with a certificate along with some vouchers in order that she can treat herself!

Care Manager Denise explained:

"Live-in Care can be a challenging role and Dulce is someone who excels at it; really doing us proud!

She is not only caring and bubbly, but extremely calm and competent, which truly helps in the support our customers receive.
