A Birthday Trip Out With Customer Leslie

Care Assistant Jackie recently arranged to treat her customer Leslie to a delightful trip out to Millbrooks garden centre in Staplehurst. When hearing that he was soon to celebrate his 86th birthday, Jackie thought what a fantastic idea taking him out would be!
Care Assistant Jackie recently arranged to treat her customer Leslie to a delightful trip out to Millbrooks garden centre in Staplehurst.When hearing that he was soon to celebrate his 86th birthday, Jackie thought what a fantastic idea taking him out would be!
Leslie, who is passionate about gardening and enjoys nothing more than a trip out to his local garden centre, however due to his health this can be a challenge. Therefore heading out on this occasion was a real treat.
The pair enjoyed not only lunch, but a stroll round and even had a birthday cake to mark the occasion.
Care Manager Mel explained:
Jackie is an extremely passionate Care Assistant and she will always strive to put her customers first. She heard it was Leslie's birthday and we were only more than happy to support her with arranging a trip out.
Leslie had a very enjoyable time and particularly liked the themed cake that we arranged especially for him.
This is just another example of how we will always strive to put our customers first and go the extra mile as our outings are always free of charge to our customer.
